This itty bitty $1 pencil is an absolute must have for everyone. It’s the perfect amount of shimmer and just a little bit in the inner corner of your eyes goes a long way and really pulls a simple look together, accentuating your eyes.
Monday – Friday it’s a mad dash to get to work and I never have the time I need to put a perfect makeup look together. This pencil easily lights up a boring neutral look and turns it into something completely different. It even has a built in sharpener on the cap. Cha-chingggg.
