Good news, magpie friends. Shiny, sheeny dresses and skirts are coming in full force for Spring 2013. Designers like Dior, Burberry, Viktor & Rolf and Jonathan Saunders are gettin’ glitzy in a more modern way. Just be sure to balance your sheen with a subdued neutral or otherwise matte (printless) color. Scale is key.
