I hope everyone had a lovely holiday. Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, treats, champagne, friends, family and time together is never a bad thing.
Up next is New Year’s Eve. It’s always a big bunch of hooplah each year: deciding what to wear, how to do your makeup, where to go. It’s more stress than it’s worth. Good news, though. Your solution is obvious: cover yourself in glitter.
That’s right.
Glitter.
Only downside is that you’ll be shiny for weeks but it will be worth it, trust me.
Here’s what you’re going to need..
1. A pair of crystal earrings like these from jim ball.
2. A sparkly party dress made to kill. This one by Warehouse should do the trick. Don’t to too overboard on this one. Less is more.
3. A glittery and or magpie approved clutch. LK Bennett and Zara make excellent options.
4. Embellished and or otherwise party ready heels. These are courtesy of Zara and Sam Edelman.
BAM. You, my shiny and luminous friend are ready for NYE. Don’t forget your smokey eye and your hair curler. While all this glitter is fantastic, the finishing touches are not to be forgone.
