On a routine weekend trip to Target, I noticed something shiny and magical out of the corner of my eye. My magpie tendencies took over and I scurried to the e.l.f display at record speed.
Behold my new outrageously inexpensive e.l.f neutral eyeshadow palette. All the colors I need to make my eyes pop in one tragically cute package. $3, you say? Event better. I have to pay rent next week.
